1. Who We Are
SiteReady is operated by B A Construction (CA GC #1021495), located at 1804 Garnet Ave #345, San Diego, CA 92109. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, city, state, company name (for GCs), and role (worker or GC).
Profile Information: Trade specialties, hourly rate, years of experience, bio, software proficiencies, and SAM.gov/CAGE code identifiers.
Credential Documents: Uploaded certifications, licenses, insurance certificates (COIs), and other professional documents for verification purposes.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers, bank account numbers, or other sensitive financial data on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns for analytics and security purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: operate and maintain the Platform; verify credentials and insurance; facilitate bookings between GCs and workers; process payments via Stripe; send transactional emails (booking confirmations, credential alerts); improve Platform functionality; and comply with legal obligations.
4. Information Sharing
We share your information with: GCs who book you (workers — your full name and contact info are shared only after a confirmed, paid booking); Stripe for payment processing; Supabase for data storage; Resend for email delivery. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
5. Credential Document Storage
Uploaded credential documents are stored securely in Supabase Storage with row-level security policies. Only you, the Platform administrators, and (for verified credentials) GCs who have booked you can access your documents.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and credential documents as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting hello@sitereadyworkers.com. Some data may be retained for legal and compliance purposes.
7. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), authenticated API endpoints, rate limiting, Content Security Policy headers, and row-level database security. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; delete your account and data; object to certain processing; and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. 9. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, contact hello@sitereadyworkers.com.
10. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide notice.
11. Third-Party Services
The Platform uses third-party services including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database/auth), Resend (email), Netlify (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS/CDN). Each service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.
12. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
